TXPOWER GENERATOR WARRANTY

Terms of Warranty
The warranty will only apply if the engine is operated and maintained according to the conditions set out in the owner’s manual and or Risk Assessment Report. Proof of purchase needs to be provided with warranty claim. Warranty excludes normal wear items such as spark plugs and filters.
Warranty Duration
Diesel Engine : 12 months or 1000 hours (from date of purchase) whichever occurs first.
Gasoline Engine (4-stroke) : 12 months or 500 hours (from date of purchase) whichever occurs first.
Voiding of Warranty
The warranty of the product will be voided for the following conditions.
1. Not operating product according to the owners manual and or risk assessment report.
2. Not maintaining the product according to the owners manual and or risk assessment report.
3. Operating engine with no oil, incorrect oil or insufficient oil.
4. Repairs are undertaken by a non-authorised dealer.
5. Serial number of engine does not correspond with records.
6. Serial number of engine has been tampered with or altered.
7. Use of non-authorised parts.
8. Not allowing the dealer to inspect engine subject to warranty claim.
Faulty
Should you believe the product you purchased within 12 months from the date of purchase is faulty you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the product is faulty. If a resolution to the problem cannot be determined, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. Your original proof of purchase will be required.
Should TXP International determine the product to be faulty, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Should a replacement be unavailable, TXP International at its discretion, may credit the original purchase price of the product.
Transportation Costs
The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return of the product to TXP International although we will assist the customer at its discretion to organise the return in the quickest and cheapest way possible.
If TXP International determines that the item is faulty it will therefore undertake to return to the customer the item or is replacement at its own cost. TXP International reserves the right to use its designated carrier.
